How The Bracket Runs

Fourteen weeks from tip-off to the ring. Here's the run of play.

    Weekly Pick

    Every Monday one artist gets called up from that week's submissions and becomes a semi-finalist. Twelve weeks, twelve names on the board.

    The Bracket

    All 12 semi-finalists run it back live in the booth. Judges, crowd reaction and stream numbers narrow the board down to three.

    Finals Night

    Three finalists, one minute each, one champion. Every finalist walks with $500 and the winner takes the grand prize plus a full episode.

Rules Of The Court

60 Seconds. That's It.

The clock starts when the beat drops. One minute of pure freestyle into the hanging mic. Buzzer ends the take — no second attempts, no edits.

No Autotune, No Shortcuts

Raw vocal only. Bars, breath control and presence. If it's not something you can do live in the booth, it doesn't count.

One Take, One Camera

Vertical or wide, doesn't matter — but it has to be a single unbroken take. Cuts get you fouled out.
